Beef Roast from Linda Noble

 3# beef roast

1 cup red wine

2 tbsp fresh basil

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp salt

Place beef roast in a roaster pan. Pour red wine over roast. Sprinkle in basil, pepper and salt. Cover pan and roast in oven at 250 degrees for 8 hours. Let set for 10 minutes. Make gravy from broth or pour over meat. Slice & eat.
