Potato Salad

Made Special with Golden Fig Herbs and Cedar Summit Dairy Products

2 to 3  lbs  red potatoes cooked, cooled & quartered
1-cup  sour cream (Cedar Summit Farm)
1/3-cup  heavy cream (Cedar Summit Farm)
4 radishes, thinly sliced
1  tsp  coarsely ground mustard
2  TB  fresh dill, minced
1  TB  Dynamite Herbs (Golden Fig product)

In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, heavy cream, fresh dill, mustard, and Dynamite Herbs. Mix in radishes and gently fold into cooled potatoes.

Dynamite Herbs is a savory blend of basil, tarragon, lemon zest, onion flakes and white pepper.
