From 35E heading east/north:
Take the 10th St. exit and follow 10th to St. Peter Street.
Take a right onto St. Peter heading south towards the river.
As you follow St. Peter it will actually cross 7th Street,
but you must go down one more block before turning left.
Wabasha is a one way street going north so you have to take
a left onto 6th Street East in order to take the next left
onto Wabasha and be in the right place. The next street up
will be 7th Street.

From 35E heading west/south:
Take the St. Peter Street exit and go south after coming off
of the ramp (a left hand turn at the light). As you follow
St. Peter it will actually cross 7th Street, but you must go
down one more block before turning left. Wabasha is a one
way street going north so you have to take a left onto 6th
Street East in order to take the next left onto Wabasha and
be in the right place. The next street up will be 7th Street.
